We have a 20% restocking fee for all items returned within 30 days (NOT DEFECTIVE due to customer error), ONLY if items are NEW UNUSED UNOPENED and NOT damaged. We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days from ship date of item. If item is defective or incorrect please notify us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
